Jason Anderson is a licensed attorney in Texas

Mr. Jason Anderson is the owner and principal attorney of Anderson Law PLLC. He has broad experience in the legal, management consulting, and technology fields. Jason has worked in both civil litigation and transactional practices, where he wrote dispositive motions in both federal and state courts, drafted contracts, formed and structured business entities, performed due diligence for the sale of businesses, and protected intellectual property rights. He also created research content for Bloomberg Law, a legal research application offered by one of the largest research and technology companies. Jason has always loved helping clients. Before founding Anderson Law PLLC, Jason advised clients on product and growth strategies in the financial technology industry. He consulted with clients on regulatory and compliance issues, and worked cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, and Product teams to negotiate contract terms and customize contracts to address all stakeholders’ needs.

Jason earned a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration and Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University. He has written papers on federal regulation of the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, and presented this research at the School of Law’s Law and Science Symposium. Jason is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. He is a member of several professional associations, including the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Bar College and the Corporate Counsel Section. Jason enjoys serving his community and regularly supports non-profit organizations including Habit for Humanity, the Austin Parks Foundation, and the Central Texas Food Bank. From 2009 to 2011, he served on the board of the Marley Memorial Foundation, a philanthropic organization that awards scholarships to college students. When Jason isn’t pursuing professional and service endeavors, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, great conversations, music, outdoor recreation, and travel.
